All massages are custom-tailored and based on our conversation and your goals. Your massage may include any combination of the following techniques/modalities, depending on your needs.

All-Purpose Massage ($65 for 60 min, $85 for 90 min): Full body for general health or relaxation with up to three areas that need special attention (as time allows.) Full body is also good for pre-natal and geriatric. Not recommended for acute conditions as more focused attention is usually required.
Intense Massage ($75 for 60 min, $95 for 90 min): Special intense focus on up to two areas (or three with 90 minutes.) This is a popular session for clients demanding robust mobility (e.g. athletes) and anyone with special/acute pain or range-of-motion issues. Great for neck and spine intensives– really get rid of knots. Also good for post-surgery and rehabilitation.
CranioSacral ($65 for 60 min): CranioSacral Therapy uses gentle touch to manipulate the subtle movement of your cranial bones and release restrictions in your central nervous system. By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body’s ability to self-correct, CranioSacral Therapy may help with a wide variety of dysfunctions including headaches, mental cloudiness, ADHD and PTSD.
Office/Corporate Chair Massage or Events ($85 for the first 60 min, $65 for each additional hour): I travel to offices or homes. Sessions are usually 20 minutes per person, though I can work with you to meet your needs. Locations more than ten miles outside of downtown Ann Arbor may require an additional travel fee.
Manual Lymph Drainage ($65 for 60 mins): This gentle, highly technical technique moves lymph around the body in very specific patterns to facilitate drainage. Necessary for patients with persistent swelling or lymphedema, helpful for patients suffering from allergies or stuffy sinuses, relaxing for everyone.
